International Sales Policy – Duties, Tariffs, and Refused Shipments
Thank you for your purchase. Please carefully review the following terms regarding international orders:
1. Duties, Tariffs, and Brokerage Fees
All international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, and/or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost paid at checkout. The buyer (customer) is solely responsible for any such fees required for customs clearance and delivery.
2. Payment of Fees Upon Delivery
In many cases, these fees are collected by the shipping carrier or customs broker at the time of delivery. By placing an international order, the buyer agrees to pay all applicable charges in order to receive the shipment.
3. Refused Shipments Due to Unpaid Fees
If the buyer refuses to pay the required duties, tariffs, taxes, or brokerage fees and the shipment is refused or returned to the seller, the buyer assumes full responsibility for any return shipping costs, carrier fees, and associated charges incurred.
4. Refunds for Returned Items
If a shipment is returned to the seller due to refusal or non-payment of required fees:
- A refund will be issued only after the product is received back by the seller.
- The refund amount will be reduced by all return shipping costs, carrier charges, and any additional fees incurred as a result of the refused delivery.
5. Agreement to Terms
By completing an international purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and accepts full responsibility for any additional costs associated with importing goods into their country.
If you have any questions about potential fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order.
Thank you for your understanding.
