Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled at any time before shipment for a full refund.
If an order has already shipped, it may still be canceled, but a 10% restocking fee may apply to cover processing and handling.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unmounted, and in original packaging with all included accessories.
- A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not the result of an error on our part.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover return shipping. Proof of error will be required.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Items that have been used, mounted, or installed
- Products that have been modified or altered in any way
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
- With proof of defect we will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
- Bash Bars are subjected to a stricter defective return policy to our discretion. Please refer to our compatibility page Compatibility
In some cases, we may offer store credit or partial refunds for lightly used items at our discretion.
